The Plan
My son and I have been discussing life changes. He wants to participate with me so we are on the same page. He is so cool. Here is a short breakdown of the changes we want to make:
- Eat less red meat (I can’t anyway)
- Eat less fatty foods
- Stay clear of fried or greasy foods
- Exercise 6 days a week
- Prepare food in lue of buying canned foods (or can it ourselves)
- Stop watching TV so much
- Stop procrastinating
- Less eating out
- Drink Lots of Water
So the research begins I will be spending lots of time finding good recipes to make at home. I am going to be doing lots of meal planning. (if you have some good recipes I'd love to trade with you)
Our ultimate goal is to make a complete lifestyle change. I will keep you posted as to the new additions to the plan and to our progress.
